内燃机气缸套和活塞环是汽车、拖拉机的关键零件,它的质量的优劣直接关系到发动机的工作效率及大修期的长短。缸套和活塞环是一对配付的润滑磨擦构件。其主要的失效方式是缸套内壁的磨损或活塞环外圆过量磨损,活塞环的开口间隙值增大,弹力不足,使气缸漏油漏气,功率不足。多年来,人们用铸铁的合金化或灰铁缸套的整体淬火来提高气缸套的耐磨性。但不仅要耗费大量的合金原料和能源,且配付性一直未能得到满意的解决。
The internal combustion engine cylinder liner and piston ring are the key parts of automobile and tractor. Its quality is directly related to the working efficiency of the engine and the length of overhaul period. The liner and piston ring are a pair of lubricated friction members. The main failure mode is the wear of the inner wall of the cylinder liner or excessive wear of the outer circumference of the piston ring, the increase of the clearance of the piston ring and the lack of elastic force to make the cylinder leak oil and lack of power. Over the years, people use cast iron alloying or gray iron cylinder liner overall quenching to improve the wear resistance of the cylinder liner. But not only to spend a lot of alloy materials and energy, and the pay has not been satisfactorily resolved.
