在德国和日本这样的发达国家“蓝领高薪、白领低薪”已成为了全社会的共识。中职教育在发达国家既普遍,又受到尊重。近年来,随着中国现代化进程和社会对技术人才的需求,中职教育日益受到重视,中职教学的改革已迫在眉捷。如何营造一个充满活力与创造的中职课堂、一所没有围墙的学校,一个学生自由发挥的舞台,这些都是中职教育改革的根本。中职音乐课,成为素质教育文章以课改为背景,以实践为标准,进行阐述和分析。
In developed countries such as Germany and Japan, “high-paid blue-collar workers and low-paid white-collar workers” have become the consensus of the entire society. Secondary vocational education is universal and respected in developed countries. In recent years, with the process of China’s modernization and the demand of the society for skilled personnel, secondary education has received more and more attention. The reform of secondary vocational education has been imminent.
