以新品种‘秦超’桃为试材,研究不同贮藏温度与不同采收期对‘秦超’桃果实品质的影响,探索不同贮藏温度与不同采收期下果实品质的变化,为‘秦超’桃贮藏与采收提供实践指导。结果表明:常温下‘秦超’桃平均贮藏天数为21d,低温贮藏为58d。低温下能较好保持桃果实整个贮藏期间的果面色度、可溶性固形物含量,降低桃果实的失重率、腐烂率,明显延缓果肉硬度下降速率。在不同采收期间,随采收期延迟,‘秦超’桃果实单果质量不断增加,硬度、果面色度、可溶性固形物含量均能保持较好状态,成熟后树上挂果可延长30~40d。‘秦超’桃具有很好的贮藏性能,低温贮藏较常温贮藏可以有效保持‘秦超’桃的果实品质,延长果实品质的贮藏时间。延迟采收期,‘秦超’桃单果质量有大幅度增加,果实能够充分着色,提高果实外观品质。
The effect of different storage temperature and harvest time on the quality of ’Qinchao’ peach fruits was studied with ’Qinchao’ as test material, and the changes of fruit quality under different storage temperatures and different harvesting times were explored as ’Qin’ Super ’peach storage and recovery provide practical guidance. The results showed that the average storage days of ’Qinchao’ peach were 21d at room temperature and 58d at low temperature. Low temperature can better maintain peach fruit throughout the storage of fruit color, soluble solids content, reduce peach fruit weight loss rate, decay rate, significantly delayed fruit firmness decline rate. During the different harvesting periods, with the delay of harvesting time, the quality of ’Qinchao’ peach fruit increased continuously, and the hardness, surface color and soluble solid content could all be kept well. After ripening, the fruit hanging on the tree could be prolonged for 30-40 days . ’Qin Chao’ peach has good storage performance. Storage at low temperature can be more effective in maintaining the fruit quality of ’Qin Chao’ peach and prolonging the storage time of fruit quality. Delayed harvest period, ’Qin Chao’ peach fruit mass has increased substantially, the fruit can be fully colored, improve the appearance of fruit quality.
