对普通小麦K03×L28杂交群体中旗叶蜡质(FCW)的主要成分及含量进行了分析。结果表明:小麦FCW成分主要有初级醇、烷烃、酮、醛、脂肪酸、酯等化合物,其中初级醇、烷烃、二酮的含量最高。高蜡亲本K03的FCW总量(11.24μg·cm~(-2))明显高于低蜡亲本L28(9.02μg·cm~(-2))。K03中初级醇、烷烃、二酮相对含量分为60.4%、8.9%、24.4%;L28中三种物质的相对含量分别为59.3%、23.4%、10.6%;群体平均值分别为49.1%、16.8%、26.7%。初级醇、烷烃、二酮相对含量在群体中的分布均为连续分布,且均具有超亲分离现象,说明小麦FCW是受多基因控制的数量性状。
The main components and contents of flag leaf wax (FCW) in common wheat K03 × L28 hybrids were analyzed. The results showed that the main components of wheat FCW were primary alcohols, alkanes, ketones, aldehydes, fatty acids, esters and other compounds, of which the content of primary alcohols, alkanes and diketones was the highest. The total amount of FCW (11.24 μg · cm -2) in K03 parents was significantly higher than that in low-wax parents L28 (9.02 μg · cm -2). The relative contents of primary alcohols, alkanes and diketones in K03 were 60.4%, 8.9% and 24.4% respectively. The relative contents of three substances in L28 were 59.3%, 23.4% and 10.6%, respectively. The average values of population were 49.1% and 16.8 %, 26.7%. The relative contents of primary alcohols, alkanes and diketones were all continuously distributed in the population, and all had the phenomenon of super-pro-segregation, indicating that wheat FCW is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes.
