患女,53岁。因反复齿龈出血下肢瘀斑4年复发一月于1990年3月住院。患者于1974年产后因上腹部灼痛不适而拒食蔬菜及水果。体质渐消瘦,1986年始牙齿肿胀出血,前门牙部松动脱落,下肢大片瘀血斑,四肢疼痛。不发烧,多次住院查骨髓像正常。诊断未明,每次住院应用止血药及维生素C静点,症状消失。每年春季复发加重。查体:体温36.7℃,脉搏86次/min,血压18/12kPa。发育正常,营养差,神清,贫血外貌。12个牙齿脱落,齿龈肿胀有暗红色瘀斑,咽后壁有4cm直径大瘀斑及散在出血点。扁桃体不肿大,心、肺、腹部无异常。双手皮 Women, 53 years old.
