目的玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠的临床效果。方法选择深圳市福田中医院2013年4月-2015年4月收治的前牙大面积缺损需行桩核冠修复患者71例(104颗患牙)为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组和对照组各52颗患牙,对照组采取铸造金属桩修复,观察组实施玻璃纤维桩修复,对两组修复后效果进行观察。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.38%,高于对照组的69.23%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、6个月、12个月,两组患者美学评分呈递增趋势,观察组在各时间段美学评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩修复前牙残根残冠效果满意,可满足患者美学需求,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of glass fiber posts in repairing anterior residual root residual crowns. Methods 71 patients (104 teeth) who underwent post-core crown restoration in large area of anterior teeth treated in Futian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2013 to April 2015 in Shenzhen City were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups according to the random number table. 52 teeth in each group and control group. The control group was treated with cast metal posts, and the observation group was treated with glass fiber post repair. The effects of the two groups after repair were observed. Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.38%, which was higher than that of control group (69.23%), there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05); after 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after treatment, The increasing trend of the observation group in each time period aesthetic score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The glass fiber post is satisfactory for repairing the residual crown of the anterior tooth root, which can meet the aesthetic needs of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
