当前,职业生涯管理是企业激励机制的重要组成部分,但当前新疆中小企业中应用较少,没有发挥其作用,并直接导致很多员工离职。因此,企业要想从根本上解决这个问题,必须要结合企业自身情况为员工提供多重职业生涯通道,开展员工职业生涯管理。
At present, career management is an important part of the incentive mechanism for enterprises. However, the current application of SMEs in Xinjiang is relatively small and has not played its role and has directly led to the resignation of many employees.
