我公司1983年进行库存商品清理排队,清理出有问题商品2,316万元,占库存的77%,当年经过批准,实际处理了378万元。1984年再次清理排队,又处理928万元,年末有问题商品仍有1,363万元,占库存的61.95%。由于包袱重,银行借款多,利息支付多,1983年亏损213.7万元,1984年亏206万元,1985年预计亏损144万元。为了适应纺织品市场风云多变,竞争激烈的形势,和减少亏损,我们积极处理有问题商品,调整库存结构,狠抓了以下工作。一、1985年开始,纺织、针织批发部门实行正常经营和处理商品两本帐,分开考核成果。每季度对有同题商品清理排队,每月检查一次,掌握处理情况和进度。
