益阳市由于国家投资建设的长期缺乏,信息闭塞,人才匮乏,本地工业基础薄弱,城乡劳动力就业形势非常严峻。为实现新型工业化和现代化,以科学发展观为指导,以罗杰斯转折点为标准,通过科学发展促进我市工业化和GDP增长,提供更多的城乡就业岗位。政府主动转变职能,努力成为以就业为中心的公共服务型政府。政府应积极支持本地高等教育和职业教育发展,变我市巨大的人口就业压力为巨大的人力资源优势。
Yiyang City, due to the long-term lack of national investment and construction, information blockage, lack of personnel, weak local industrial base, urban and rural labor employment situation is very serious. In order to achieve a new type of industrialization and modernization, guided by the scientific concept of development, taking the Rogers turning point as a benchmark, we should promote the industrialization and GDP growth of our city through scientific development and provide more urban and rural employment posts. The government takes the initiative to change its functions and endeavors to become an employment-centered public service-oriented government. The government should actively support the development of local higher education and vocational education and change the huge population employment pressure in our city into a huge human resource advantage.
