25V voltage can damage the human body, greater than 46V can be lethal. The authors report a rare case of 800 ~ 1500V high-voltage electric shock survivors with cerebral venous thrombosis. Male, 31 years old, former health, right hand touch 15000V capacity capacitor for nearly 3 minutes, it is estimated that the patient was injured by 800V AC. At that time consciously arms and head “shock-like” sense, then loss of consciousness about 5 to 30 minutes. After waking up serious headache, flushing the right upper limb and weakness of the right limb, paroxysmal consciousness blurred, near memory poor. Clear awareness of admission, the right side of the visual field defect, right upper limb numbness and numbness weakness, bilateral deep reflex Ponkan. Blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, electrolytes, blood sugar, liver function, complement C_3, C_4, antinuclear antibody, rheumatoid factor, cold agglutination test were normal, protein C, S, anticoagulant factor Ⅲ, plasmin concentrations were normal ; Chest radiograph, ECG, echocardiography normal; CSF routine, biochemical normal. EEG: left parietal slow wave (with irregular
