党的十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干问题的决定》,提出了建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标。近十年来,党中央领导全国人民审时度势、与时俱进、开拓创新,已经使文化建设走上了一条科学化、以人为本的道路。今后我国必须继续实施一系列措施,以实现社会主义文化强国的战略目标。 The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee examined and passed the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Great Prosperity and Development of Socialist Culture, and proposed the strategic goal of building a powerful socialist culture.
