The building is located in a unique location in the plan. It is the cornerstone of the ensemble of cities in the 009 block and also the gateway to the entire urbanization project. The building is located at the end of the axis of the planning plane, giving birth to an opportunity to respond to the environment and to differentiate planning destinations. The special location of the plan led to three distinct borders. Further design allows the building to interact with the surrounding active public space and enrich its appearance. The building is conceived to connect the inhabitants and the broader ultimate mediator.
