振动是铸造车间普遍存在的现象,通常被认为是有害的。振动加剧了构件的疲劳以及磨损,从而缩短了机器和结构物的使用寿命;某些铸造设备通过基础的振动传递产生强烈的振动噪声,使得劳动条件变差、生产效率降低。但在近三十年来,出现了许多利用振动而工作的机械,如:振动给料输送设备、振动筛分设备、振动造型设备、振动清理设备等。可以预见,随着生产实践和科研的发展,振动的利用将在铸造行业中日益广泛。因此,了解与掌握有关振动的理论知识,已是广大铸造工作者的需要。本讲座愿为您在增长此方面知识尽一份力量。
Vibration is a pervasive phenomenon found in foundries and is often considered harmful. Vibration aggravates the fatigue and wear of components, shortening the service life of machines and structures. Some foundry equipment generate strong vibration and noise through the transmission of basic vibrations, resulting in poor working conditions and reduced production efficiency. However, in the recent three decades, many machines that use vibration have appeared, such as vibrating feed conveying equipment, vibration screening equipment, vibration modeling equipment, vibration cleaning equipment and the like. It is foreseeable that with the development of production practice and scientific research, the utilization of vibration will be increasingly widespread in the foundry industry. Therefore, to understand and master the theoretical knowledge of vibration has become the need of the majority of foundry workers.
