目的:探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)人群的疼痛区域、级别、性质以及对PHN的治疗效果。方法:通过对76例患者随机分为两组。结果:PHN疼痛区域主要集中在胸腰部;PHN疼痛级别主要为1级和2级;PHN疼痛性质主要是麻木灼热和皮肤异样感。对PHN治疗方面,针灸联合药物治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组治疗有效率为52.6%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:PHN患者主要为年龄较大的老人,疼痛级别较轻。针灸联合药物治疗PHN疗效明确,无副作用。
Objective: To investigate the pain region, grade, nature and therapeutic effect on PHN in herpes zoster neuralgia (PHN). Methods: 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Results: The pain areas of PHN mainly concentrated in the thoracolumbar. The pain levels of PHN were mainly in grades 1 and 2. The pain nature of PHN was mainly numbness and skin abnormalities. For PHN treatment, the effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion group was 92.1% and that of control group was 52.6%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions: PHN is predominantly older and has less pain. Acupuncture combined with medication PHN clear effect, no side effects.
