人体囊型包虫病的病原学诊断比较困难,多种检测方法都有助于包虫病的诊断,但至今缺乏公认的金标准,常需要综合诊断。影像学检查尤其是超声波检查是临床诊断、分期和随访的基石;免疫学实验尤为重要,有助于明确诊断,主要以天然抗原及重组抗原为基础的免疫学诊断最常用。此外,分子生物学技术也已经用于细粒棘球蚴病的诊断和虫种的鉴定。本文就囊型包虫病的各种实验诊断技术及其研究现状做一综述。
Etiological diagnosis of human cystic echinococcosis more difficult, a variety of detection methods are helpful to the diagnosis of hydatid disease, but so far the lack of a recognized gold standard, often require a comprehensive diagnosis. Imaging studies, especially ultrasonography, are the cornerstone of clinical diagnosis, staging, and follow-up. Immunology experiments are particularly important to help confirm the diagnosis and are most commonly used for immunological diagnostics based on natural and recombinant antigens. In addition, molecular biology techniques have also been used for the diagnosis of granulosis echinococcosis and the identification of insect species. In this paper, various experimental diagnosis of cystic echinococcosis and its research status are reviewed.
