患者男,19岁。因左侧睾丸肿瘤逐渐加重3个月余伴发烧1个月余,曾在某院诊断“睾丸炎”治疗无效,于1985年元月20日入院。体检:体温38℃,左腹股沟处可触及数枚黄豆样大小淋巴结,左侧阴囊红肿,睾丸呈不规则突出包块,约15×10×10cm大小,质硬,肿块前面与阴囊粘连,直径约2.5cm,明显隆起,质软,有波动感,有压痛。左侧附睾不清,右侧附睾正常。前列腺无异常。肝、肾功能及血、尿、粪常规正常。胸透(一)。睾丸波动部穿刺为血性物:细胞学 Male patient, 19 years old.
