本文按近似函数图解法的处理步骤,介绍了每步的数据处理方法和公式;提供了分析中常用的整套曲线图。其中,几何宽化校正曲线全套应是九种,目前仅有前五种,本工作完成了后四种几何宽化校正曲线的制作,并介绍了制作原理和方法;同时根据钢铁研究中的需要,对马氏体基、奥氏体基以及镍基合金材料的各种可能被采用的X射线衍射线对,并考虑到实验室中常用的五种辐射,绘制了35种单波法m,n分离曲线。
