目的分析数字化管理对门诊西药房药品管理与发放的影响。方法选择我院门诊西药房数字化管理实施前1年的相关资料当成对照组,并选择门诊西药房数字化管理实施后1年的相关资料当成实验组,对门诊西药房数字化管理实施前后的取药等候时间、药品盘点时间、报损率以及账实相符率进行观察比较。结果数字化管理实施后的取药等候时间和药品盘点时间显著短于数字化管理实施前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);数字化管理实施后的报损率、账实相符率均显著优于数字化管理实施前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊西药房中,应用数字化管理能让门诊西药房的工作效率显著提高,让药品盘点时间和取药等候时间显著缩短,让西药报损率显著降低,让账实相符率提高,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the impact of digital management on drug administration and payment in outpatient western pharmacy. Methods The data of 1 year prior to the implementation of digital management in outpatient western pharmacy were selected as the control group, and the relevant data of 1 year after the implementation of digitalized management of outpatient western pharmacy were selected as the experimental group. The data were taken before and after the digital management of outpatient western pharmacy Time, drug inventory time, reported the loss rate and the book accounts for the rate of observation and comparison. Results After the implementation of digital management, the waiting time for taking medicine and the time to inventory of medicines were significantly shorter than before the implementation of digital management. There was significant difference between the two (P <0.05). After the implementation of digital management, Significantly better than the implementation of digital management, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient western pharmacy, the application of digital management can significantly improve the working efficiency of the outpatient western pharmacy, significantly shorten the drug inventory time and take medicine waiting time, significantly lower the reported loss rate of western medicine, Application and promotion value.
