利用偏钒酸铵氧化儿茶酚胺化合物的作用,采用容量法和分光光度法测定肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、异丙基去甲肾上腺素、甲基多巴等儿茶酚胺化合物及其制剂,取得满意的结果。这些儿茶酚胺化合物氧化生成的化合物可在485mm处用分光光度法测定。肾上腺素线性范围在0.09~0.90 mg,去甲肾上腺素在0.07~0.65mg,异丙基去甲肾上腺素在0.07~0.75 mg,甲基多巴在0.10~0.95mg。一、试剂: 0.02 M偏钒酸铵(NH_4VO_3)标准溶液。0.02 M肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、异丙基去甲肾上腺素、甲基多巴溶液。
