曾经领先世界的、规模大、实力强、管理现代的用用汽车宣布了进入破产保护,这为中国正在努力做大做强并建立现代企业制度的国有企业提供了一个值得借鉴的案例。2009年6月1日,通用汽车正式宣布进入破产保护。尽管早就在预料之中,但世界还是为之震惊,因为这毕竟是美国历史上最大的工业破产案。这家具有百年历史的汽车业巨头,曾经创造过数不清的世界之最,而今天,它却以“破产”的姿态向世人谢幕。
