由上海钢铁研究所(承担单位)、上海船厂(协作单位)共同研究的国家经委“六五”和“七五”重点推广应用项之一—电刷镀工艺与机制研究,于1988年12月26日在上海市通过了由上海市经委组织的技术鉴定。 与会的有专家鉴定组成员,各单位领导,课题组人员及各应用单位等40等余人。专家鉴定组有从事多年电刷工作的专家,国家经委全国电刷协作组组长,戚墅所副所长林春华,冶金界的老前辈金属物理和高温合金专家杨子宁等8人组成。 本课题结合机理研究表明:电刷镀镍基镀层与基体金属之间存在着两种结合机制;第一为“铆钉”作用的机械结合机制,第二为镀层与基体界面处的原子间结合机制,由此提出镀前预处理和结合层的选择是镀层与基体金属结合强度的关键。并建立了在不同情况下选择最佳镀前预处理工艺和结合层(过渡层)的依据和原则,为电刷镀技术的推广应用得到理论上

The research on the mechanism of this subject shows that there are two kinds of bonding mechanism between the brush-plating nickel-base coating and the base metal; the first is the mechanical bonding mechanism of the “rivet”; the second is the atomic-atomic bonding mechanism at the interface between the coating and the substrate It is proposed that the pretreatment of plating and the choice of bonding layer are the key to the bonding strength between the coating and the base metal. And established the basis and principle of choosing the best pre-plating process and the bonding layer (transition layer) under different conditions, so as to popularize and apply the brush plating technology theoretically
