目的:通过测定Graves病患者131Ⅰ治疗前后外周血中细胞毒性T细胞(Tc细胞)膜表面的CD195、CD30含量变化,探讨Tc1、Tc2在Graves病治疗进程中的影响。方法:用流式细胞术测定35例对照组和59例Graves病患者131Ⅰ治疗前后外周血中Tc膜表面CD195、CD30含量变化,并用ADVIA Centaur仪器对35例对照组和59例Graves病患者131Ⅰ治疗前后外周血中FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TGA、TPO-Ab含量进行检测,用ELESIA法检测TRAb。结果:Graves病患者治疗前Tc2、Tc1/Tc2、FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TGA、TRAb、TPO-Ab与对照组相比有显著性差异;经碘治疗后的患者,他们的Tc2、Tc1/Tc2、TSH、TGA、TRAb、TPO-Ab与对照组相比有显著性差异,碘治疗组的Tc1/Tc2、FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TPO-Ab与治疗前组相比有显著性差异。结论:深入探讨与Graves病发病有着重要联系的Tc膜表面CD195、CD30浓度变化,在131Ⅰ治疗Graves病中具有重要的临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Tc1 and Tc2 on the progress of Graves ’disease by measuring the changes of CD195 and CD30 on the surface of cytotoxic T cells (Tc) in peripheral blood of patients with Graves’ disease before and after 131Ⅰ treatment. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the changes of CD195 and CD30 on the surface of Tc in peripheral blood of 35 controls and 59 Graves ’disease patients before and after 131 Ⅰ treatment, and 35 controls and 59 131 Graves’ diseases were treated with ADVIA Centaur instrument. The levels of FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, TGA and TPO-Ab in the peripheral blood were measured before and after treatment. TRAb was detected by ELESIA. Results: There were significant differences in Tc2, Tc1 / Tc2, FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, TGA, TRAb and TPO-Ab before treatment in patients with Graves’ disease. Tc1 / Tc2, TSH, TGA, TRAb and TPO-Ab were significantly different from those in the control group. Tc1 / Tc2, FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH and TPO- Than the significant difference. Conclusion: To investigate the changes of CD195 and CD30 on the surface of Tc membrane, which is closely related to the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease, has important clinical significance in the treatment of Graves disease.
