党的十八大和十八届三中全会都提出“创新社会治理体制”的新要求,这表明当前国家进行社会治理的时代背景和社会基础已经发生了不同以往的变化。近年来,我国医院建设已经取得了长足进步,但是当前医院的人力资源的管理却远远滞后于这种发展,已经不适应现代医院管理的要求。在当前竞争空前激烈的市场经济的条件下,搞好医院人力资源管理工作对医院的可持续发展无疑具有极其重要的现实意义。
The 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee have all proposed new requirements for “system of innovation and social governance,” which shows that the present state has undergone different changes in the background and social basis of social governance. In recent years, great progress has been made in the construction of hospitals in our country. However, the current management of human resources in hospitals lags far behind this development and is no longer suitable for the requirements of modern hospital management. Under the condition of an unprecedentedly competitive market economy, it is undoubtedly of extremely important practical significance to do a good job in the management of hospital human resources for the sustainable development of hospitals.
