目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定王不留行中微量元素锌、钾、铁、钠、锰、钙、镁的含量。方法:通过优化微波消化条件,采用氘灯背景校正,在同一体系中连续测定不同元素。结果:在选定的最佳分析条件下,锌、钾、铁、钠、锰、钙、镁检出限分别为0.16,0.57,072,0.18,0.35,7.4,0.13μg·mL-1,RSD均小于5%,回收率为96.8%~102.4%。结论:微波消解时间短,操作简单,节省试剂,环境污染少.
Objective: To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of trace elements zinc, potassium, iron, sodium, manganese, calcium and magnesium in Wangbuyu line. Methods: The different elements were determined continuously in the same system by optimizing the microwave digestion conditions and deuterium lamp background correction. Results: Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits of zinc, potassium, iron, sodium, manganese, calcium and magnesium were 0.16,0.57,072,0.18,0.35,7.4,0.13μg · mL-1, respectively, RSD Less than 5%, the recovery rate was 96.8% ~ 102.4%. Conclusion: Microwave digestion time is short, simple operation, saving reagents, less environmental pollution.
