近年来,国内新建及迁建机场数量较大,且许多机场由中型机场向枢纽机场、由一般枢纽机场向大型枢纽机场转型,机场容量的增大、跑滑系统的布局变化及机坪机位分布的重构使机场肩负着巨大的现场调度和应急救援压力。机场运行指挥及监管人员岗位培训时间被进一步压缩,要求其在较短时间具备较强的专业技能和实践能力。在此形势下,民航高校机场运行专业必须对现有教学体系及教学模式进行研究调整,在学生综合能力培养的基础上注重实践教学环节,促进教学培养目标与实践工作需求的协调统一。论文依托机场一线实践需求对中国民航大学机场运行技术与管理专业现有教学体系及教学模式进行分析,从课程设置、专业人才培养模式、实践平台建设、教学方式方法等方面论述教学各个环节对人才培养目标的影响,并提出切实可行的建议,为民航高校机场工程专业实践教学改革及专业综合改革提供重要参考。

Based on the first-line requirements of the airport, the thesis analyzes the existing teaching system and teaching mode of airport operation technology and management major of Civil Aviation University of China, and discusses the influences of various aspects of teaching, Training objectives, and put forward practical proposals for the civil aviation airport engineering practice teaching reform and professional comprehensive reform to provide an important reference.
