用亚硝基胍诱变、VSV攻击选育的方法获得 3株抗病毒 L细胞系,后者对VSV、Sindbis病毒、痘菌病毒有明显的抗病毒性质。抗病毒细胞系的干扰素诱生系统和活性发挥系统都发生了明显的改变,表现在对病毒攻击发生干扰素加速反应以及提高对“细胞内”2-5P3A3的抑制细胞分裂活性的敏感性。对抗病毒细胞系干扰素基因表达的变异机理进行了讨论。
Three anti-virus L cell lines were obtained by mutagenesis with nitrosoguanidine and VSV challenge. The latter had obvious antiviral properties against VSV, Sindbis virus and poxvirus. Both the interferon-inducing system and the active delivery system of the antiviral cell line have undergone significant changes, manifested in an interferon-mediated response to viral challenge and increased susceptibility to “intracellular” 2-5P3A3 in inhibiting cell division activity. The mechanism of variation in the expression of interferon genes in viral cell lines is discussed.
