目的:探讨微种植钉支抗矫正对后牙锁患者髁突形态及对称性的影响。方法:收取2014年1月-2015年1月到我院就诊的20例恒牙期安氏I类单侧后牙正锁的患者,20例患者均采用微种植钉支抗矫正。采用颅颌面锥形束CT成像技术观察患者矫治前后髁突的变化,将各自正常对侧后牙作为对照,进行比对研究。结果:20例后牙锁患者矫治前的髁突高度、髁突表面积及髁突体积都高于正常对照后牙[(4.61±1.09 Vs 3.52±0.29)mm、(1201.32±121.37 Vs 1010.23±111.26)mm2、(1409.13±168.24 Vs 1243.35±147.08)mm3];20例后牙锁患者矫治后的髁突高度(3.60±0.54)mm、髁突表面积(1009.15±112.37)mm2、髁突体积(1241.03±137.18)mm3都明显低于矫治前。与正常对照后牙比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期矫治可以有效改变髁突的形态,提高后牙的咬合度及对称性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of micro-implant nailing on condyle shape and symmetry in patients with posterior teeth occlusion. Methods: A total of 20 patients with permanent Irian I type unilateral posterior incisors who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. All 20 patients were treated with micro-implant nailing. The craniofacial cone beam CT imaging technique was used to observe the condylar changes before and after the treatment. The normal contralateral posterior teeth were taken as the control and compared. Results: The condylar height, condylar surface area and condyle volume of 20 patients with posterior teeth locker were significantly higher than those of the control group [(4.61 ± 1.09 vs 3.52 ± 0.29) mm, (1201.32 ± 121.37 vs 1010.23 ± 111.26 ) mm2, (1409.13 ± 168.24 Vs 1243.35 ± 147.08) mm3]. The condylar height (3.60 ± 0.54) mm, the condylar surface area (1009.15 ± 112.37) mm2, the condylar volume (1241.03) ± 137.18) mm3 were significantly lower than before treatment. Compared with the normal control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Early treatment can effectively change the shape of the condyle and improve the bite and symmetry of the posterior teeth, which is worthy of clinical application.
