中国教育家叶圣陶指出“教育就是习惯的培养,而教育的成功必须以学生良好行为习惯的培养为标尺”。就某个班集体而言,个体良好行为习惯的养成不仅对学生思想方面的积极进取心具有促进作用,即从行为方面对自己进行严格要求,以适应自身发展,同时对班集体亦具有带动作用,以便形成良好的班风。由此可见,作为初一年级的班主任,必须加强对学生良好行为习惯进行培养,尤其要重视学生的德育问题。
