以高粱3个糯不育系和12个糯恢复系为材料,采用3×12NCII设计配制36个杂交组合,对其株高、穗长、生育期、千粒重、每穗粒数、每穗粒重6个主要农艺性状的配合力及遗传力进行分析。结果表明,所有性状(除穗粒数外)的一般配合力和特殊配合力达到显著或极显著水平;6个性状的遗传都主要受加性基因效应控制;杂交种的大多数农艺性状受恢复系的影响比不育系大,说明在杂交糯高粱选育中应重视恢复系的选择。各性状的狭义遗传力由大到小的顺序为生育期>株高>每穗粒重>穗长>千粒重>每穗粒数。
In this study, 36 hybrid combinations of 3 waxy CMS lines and 12 waxy restorers were used to construct 36 hybrid combinations with 3 × 12NCII design.
