普通压铸法中,铸件的气孔及缩松缺陷严重影响着此法在一些受力件、耐压件及厚壁件上的扩大应用。解放牌汽车活塞属厚壁受力件,须经高温时效或淬火热处理,内在质量及表面加工要求极高,能否采用高效率的压铸法生产是上级下达的验证课题,试验在普通压铸机上采取了四项措施,在消除气孔及缩松缺陷方面取得了显著成效。本文针对活塞压铸中所采取的低压射速度、二次补压等工艺进行分析。
