综采工作面的日产煤量、液压支架的工作状态以及矿工的劳动条件不仅取决于工艺参数、工作面自然条件和设备条件,而且也取决于采煤机的工作方式。目前我国综采面通常采用一台双滚筒采煤机,可以选择的采煤机工作方式主要有三种,根据本文作者的研究,在我国目前综采技术条件下,应当采用工作方式Ⅲ——采煤机在工作面中部斜切进刀、双向割煤、往返割一刀。该方式工作面日产煤量最高,有利于顶板管理并改善工作面工人的劳动环境。
The amount of coal produced per day, the working condition of the hydraulic support and the working conditions of the miners depend on not only the process parameters, the natural conditions of the working face and the equipment conditions, but also the working mode of the shearer. At present, a double drum shearer is usually adopted in the fully mechanized coal mining face in China. There are mainly three types of shearer working methods that can be selected. According to the author’s research, under the current fully mechanized mining technology in China, the working mode Ⅲ Coal miter cutter in the middle of the face, two-way cutting coal, cutting back and forth. This method has the highest daily coal production on the working face, which is conducive to the roof management and improving the working environment of the working face workers.
