本文研究了聚醋酸乙烯乳液的掺入量、养护条件、水灰比等因素对聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆性质的影响,以及砂浆的抗水性能。试验结果表明,聚醋酸乙烯乳液的掺入量以占水泥的的15%(以干科计算)左右最好,砂浆的抗折强度可提高一倍以上,抗压强度可增加8%左右。聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的养护条件与普通水泥砂浆的要求不同,它应在较低相对湿度和较高温度下养护,才能充分发挥其强度。聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的强度随水灰此减小而增加。聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的抗水性较素水泥砂浆小很多。为了提高聚醋酸乙烯水泥砂浆的抗水性,采用了十余种不同的聚醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液进行了试验。试验结果表明,以丙烯酸丁酯醋酸乙烯共聚物代替聚醋酸乙烯可以使砂浆的抗水性大大提高,同时共聚物中丙烯酸丁脂的含量以5%为最佳。
In this paper, the effects of polyvinyl acetate emulsion incorporation, curing conditions, water-cement ratio and other factors on the properties of polyvinyl acetate cement mortar, as well as the water resistance of mortar. The test results show that the polyvinyl acetate emulsion incorporates about 15% of cement (dry basis), the mortar flexural strength can be more than doubled and the compressive strength can be increased by about 8%. Polyvinyl acetate cement mortar curing conditions and ordinary cement mortar requirements, it should be maintained at a lower relative humidity and higher temperatures, in order to give full play to its strength. The strength of the polyvinyl acetate cement mortar increases with this decrease of the water cement. The water resistance of polyvinyl acetate cement mortar is much smaller than the cement mortar. In order to improve the water resistance of polyvinyl acetate cement mortar, a dozen different polyvinyl acetate copolymer emulsions were tested. The test results show that the butyl acrylate vinyl acetate copolymer can replace polyvinyl acetate can greatly improve the water resistance of mortar, while the copolymer content of butyl acrylate 5% is the best.
