教育部于2011年颁布的《义务教育英语课程标准》(以下简称《课标》)中明确了英语课程的总体设计思路:从义务教育阶段起,建立一个以学生发展为本,系统而持续渐进的英语课程体系。这一课程体系以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为目标,而听说能力就是语言技能的一部分。学生是否具有较强的听说能力对今后能否运用英语进行交际起着至关重要的作用。英语听说能力的培养应该遵循持续的、动态的、不断发展的规律。
The compulsory education English Curriculum Standard (hereinafter referred to as “Curriculum Standard”) promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2011 defines the overall design concept of English courses: starting from the stage of compulsory education, establishing a system that is based on student development and continues to be gradual English course system. This course system aims to develop a student’s ability to use a comprehensive language, and listening and speaking skills are part of the language skills. Whether or not students have a good ability to hear and hear plays a crucial role in whether they can use English to communicate in the future. The cultivation of English listening and speaking ability should follow the continuous, dynamic and continuous development.
