目的:建立瘤果黑种草子药材的高效液相指纹图谱。方法:以黑种草苷为对照,采用高效液相色谱法测定10批次不同产地瘤果黑种草子;YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%醋酸梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:标示出瘤果黑种草子药材的13个特征指纹峰,10批次不同产地瘤果黑种草子的色谱图相似度均大于0.9。结论:该方法操作简便、重复性好,为瘤果黑种草子药材的全面质量控制提供了参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting method for the seeds of kusnezjic barb Methods: Black lotus glycosides were used as control and 10 batches of black sage seeds from different areas were determined by HPLC. YMC-Pack ODS-A column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0.1% Acetic acid gradient elution, flow rate 0.8 mL / min, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 254 nm. Results: Thirteen fingerprint peaks were identified in the herbs of Hemangium fortunei, and the similarity of the chromatograms of the herbaceous hedgehog in 10 batches was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and provides a reference for the comprehensive quality control of the seeds of black albizzia.
