针对煤化工行业高耗水现状,从工艺设计角度分析了造成水资源浪费的缘由和节水潜能。评述了煤化工行业的三个节水途径:设备节水、工艺节水和系统优化节水。讨论了包括水夹点技术在内的几种水网络优化设计方法。给出了用于多杂质水网络设计的混合整数非线性规划模型的求解算法。指出单元污水处理技术的革新、循环冷却水系统的节水技术和采用系统工程的方法对水网络的超结构进行优化,可望带来显著的节水效果。
According to the present situation of high water consumption in the coal chemical industry, the causes and water saving potential of water resources were analyzed from the perspective of process design. Comment on the three water-saving ways for coal chemical industry: water-saving equipment, process water-saving and water-saving system optimization. Several water network optimization methods, including water pinch technology, are discussed. The algorithm for solving mixed integer nonlinear programming model for multi-impurity water network design is given. It is pointed out that the innovation of the unit sewage treatment technology, the water-saving technology of the circulating cooling water system and the method of using the system engineering to optimize the superstructure of the water network are expected to bring about significant water-saving effect.
