为进一步增强广大曲艺家和曲艺工作者的维权意识,切实维护曲艺家和曲艺工作者的合法权益,经中国文联党组批准,中国曲协调整机关内设机构,增设权益部。2013年8月7日中国曲协权益部成立,标志着中国曲协面向曲艺家和曲艺工作者维权工作正式启动。中国曲协作为服务于全国曲艺工作者的人民团体高度重视维权工作,于2007年成立了中国曲协权益保障工作委员会,由时任中国曲协分党组书记、驻会副主席姜昆担任主任。2013年4月中国曲协对各专业艺术委员会组成人员进行了调整,中国曲协主席姜昆连任中国曲协权益保障工作委员会主任,并调整充实了委员会委员。中国曲协权益保障工作委员会成立以来,一直致力于曲艺版权的普法宣传、版权登记、授权使用和发起著作权集体管理组织等工作,为曲艺著作权的保护提供服务。经过多年的努力,在历届中国曲协主席团和中国曲协分党组的高度重视下,权益保护工作具备了良好的基础。2012年11月28日中国曲协七届一次主席团会议通过施行的《中

Since its establishment, the China Ququ’s Rights and Interests Protection Working Committee has been devoting itself to popularizing popularization of folk songs, copyright registration, authorizing the use and initiation of copyright collective management organizations, and providing services for the protection of quyi’s copyright.
