1991年11月4日至6日,来自全省48所高校图书馆的51名代表在湘潭大学图书馆召开了全省高校图书馆职工队伍建设研讨会。代表们从不同的角度,不同的侧面阐述了加强职工队伍建设中大家共同关心的问题。有的党、政、工、团齐抓共管,着力加强职工队伍建设;有的以抓职业道德为突破口,狠抓职工队伍建设;有的以抓馆风建设为着眼点,大力加强职工队伍建设;有的从抓职工的文化素质、业务素质的培训来加强职工队伍建设;有的从剖析本馆职工队伍现状来论述加强职工队伍建设的必要性;有的从图书馆在学校教学科研中所起的作用来论述加强职工队伍建设的重要性;有的从提高馆长的领导艺术来谈加强职工队伍建设的方法和体会等等。在交流探讨中,既有理论又有实践,是对我省高校图书馆职工队伍建设的一次大检阅。受篇幅所限,我们从中挑选出五篇文章,以飨读者。
From November 4 to November 6, 1991, 51 representatives from 48 university libraries in Hunan Province held a seminar on the construction of staff ranks in the university library in Xiangtan University Library.
