随着目前社会的不断发展,石油企业之间的竞争日益激烈,石油企业要想在该行业中始终保持旺盛的生命力,人的因素起到了非常关键性的作用。如何有效的在石油企业内部开展好企业团队建设,能够认真根据石油企业中的每一名员工特点,有机的将其融合为一个整体,是石油企业中的管理者值得不断思考和摸索的课题。只有这样才能使企业员工为了本企业未来发展的目标,能够在工作中,各尽其职,共同努力,充分发挥出自身的优势,很好的调动起员工的工作热情,使整个石油企业的团队在工作中能够始终处于高效率的运转之中,为企业创造出更多的经济效益,从而确保企业在石油市场中具有更强的竞争力。本人结合多年对石油企业管理的经验,对目前企业团队建设中的问题进行了研究,并根据发现的问题,就如何开展好团队建设提出了一些自己的看法和建议,请各位朋友批评指正。
