上前牙位于口腔前部,其排列不齐可影响面容及功能。随着人们生活水平不断提高,对上前牙错位矫治的要求也更加迫切。儿童的牙列不齐可采用非手术方法进行矫正;成人则需要行外科手术矫正,我科自1982年以来。对部分上颌牙槽突前突,上前牙排列稀疏或拥挤以及唇腭向倾斜错位者采用不翻粘骨膜瓣而行牙间骨截断移位术(即牙外科正畸术),收到了满意的矫治效果。这种手术具有方法简便,见效迅速、无严重并发症等优点。现将我们配合的80例(共191个牙)牙外科正畸术的体会介绍如下:
