随着电力电子技术的发展,晶闸管中频电源已经成为感应加热设备的主要电源,具有节能低耗、无污染、可实现自动控制的优点,广泛地应用在熔炼、锻造、热处理等领域。 晶闸管中频电源的基本原理如图1所示,它是先通过三相全控整流桥把三相工频交流电变成直流,然后再经过单相桥式逆变电路在负载处得到单相中频交流电。图1中的直流中间电路是一个平波电抗器,一则它能保证逆变桥能得到连续而平滑的直流电流,在负载短路时抑制电流的快速增长;二则它也能抑制中频分量对三相电网的干扰。
