本文报道应用氢氧化钙蒸馏水糊剂作根管充填30例。经两年的追踪观察,绝大部分病例临床效果良好,X线检查显示根端区病变缩小或消失,根端区根管钙化封闭,根管充填物未见吸收,获得生物学封闭最佳效果。
This article reports the use of calcium hydroxide distilled water paste for root canal filling in 30 cases. After two years of follow-up observation, the clinical effect of the vast majority of cases was good. The X-ray examination showed that the lesion in the root zone was reduced or disappeared. The root canal root canal calcification was closed and the root canal filling was not absorbed, thus obtaining the best biological sealing effect .
