为了优化灰铸铁件轴承座铸件的浇注工艺,使用Pro/Engineer将零件图转化为三维实体图。结合设计的铸造工艺,应用ViewCast软件模拟了灰铸铁件轴承座的凝固过程;通过对比两种铸造工艺方案的模拟过程,分析铸件凝固和缺陷模拟结果,获得了较为合理的铸造工艺方案。
In order to optimize the casting process of cast iron bearing housings, we use Pro / Engineer to convert the part drawings into 3D solid figures. Combined with the design of the casting process, using ViewCast software to simulate the gray cast iron housing solidification process; by comparing the two casting process simulation process, analysis of casting solidification and defect simulation results, obtained a more reasonable casting process.
