我们在加工双管螺旋输送机的进出料机壳时,有φ280D_3孔和φ380mm的端面需要加工,且要求两端面与孔轴线垂直,光洁度▽5.而厂内仅有一台TJ616型简易卧式镗床,最大镗孔直径只有240mm。面对这种情况,我们自行设计制造了结构简单的重锤式端面镗刀架。实现了端面镗削自动进给,保证了工件两端面对轴线的垂直度,光洁度在▽5以上。加工端面时,将镗刀架2滑配在镗杆3上,装上平键4和镗刀1,并用螺钉紧固,然后镗削端面(图1)。镗削时(图2),若镗杆顺时针旋转,此时蜗杆13一方面也顺时针绕镗杆公转;另一方面,由于重锤15
