目的:评价不同组织器官的挥发性成分的累积分布。方法:利用顶空固相微萃取(HS-HPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对凹叶厚朴不同组织器官(叶芽、根皮、茎皮、枝皮、叶、果皮和种子)的挥发性成分进行分析。结果:这些组织的挥发性成分主要是α-芳樟醇0.21%~4.92%、α-石竹烯7.48%~38.71%、β-石竹烯1.53%~14.43%、4(14),11-桉叶二烯0.15%~10.02%、β-花柏烯0.56%~10.68%、石竹烯氧化物1.68%~36.01%、α-桉叶醇1.56%~33.79%和β-桉叶醇0.19%~28.89%,精油产率为0.12%~0.96%。结论:植株的叶芽、根皮、茎皮、枝皮、叶、果皮和种子挥发精油的产率、挥发性成分以及这些成分的累积含量差异显著。
Objective: To evaluate the cumulative distribution of volatile components in different tissues and organs. Methods: The effects of different treatments on the different tissues and organs (leaf bud, root bark, bark, branches, leaves, pericarp and seeds) of Magnolia officinalis were studied by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- The volatile components were analyzed. Conclusion: The yield, volatile components and the cumulative contents of these components in leaf bud, root bark, bark, branch bark, leaf, peel and seed of essential oils are significantly different.
