自1984年至今,15年来,黑龙江省的艺术集成志书工作取得了很大的进展,已经先后完成了4部艺术集成志书的编篆工作,即《中国戏曲志·黑龙江卷》、《中国戏曲音乐集成·黑龙江卷》、《中国民族民间舞蹈集成·黑龙江卷》、《中国民间戏曲集成·黑龙江卷》。同志们在编篆中所取得的成果已经成为许多艺术创伴活生生的源泉,成为许多艺术作品的素材及第一手的创作母体。《中国戏曲音乐集成·黑龙江卷》中编篆了很多拉场戏、二人转的曲牌、曲调。有的曲作者便在评剧《半月沟》的音乐创作中,有意识地运用了拉场戏、二人转的曲调,并以主题贯串手法,进行全剧的音乐创作,使之具有强烈的地域特色。《中国民间戏曲集·黑龙江卷》黑龙江各族艺术大成,成为黑龙江音乐创作的宝库。不少民间曲作者、
