目的了解吉林省就业流动人口吸烟情况,为制定控烟干预措施和实施健康宣教策略提供依据。方法利用2012年中国慢性病及其危险因素监测流动人口专题调查数据,分析该省就业流动人口的吸烟情况。结果调查的1 497人中,总吸烟率为33.6%,现在吸烟率为30.5%,现在每日吸烟率为27.4%,多因素分析logistic回归分析结果显示,就业流动人口吸烟行为的影响因素有性别、文化程度和行业分类。结论该省就业流动人口烟草使用情况不容乐观,应根据流动人口的特点和行业分类采取干预措施,加强烟草危害知识的宣传教育,提高流动人口的健康意识。出台相关控烟条例,倡导无烟工作环境的建立。
Objective To understand the smoking status of employed and floating population in Jilin Province and to provide the basis for formulating tobacco control interventions and implementing health education strategy. Methods Using the survey data of 2012 chronic disease and its risk factors in monitoring the floating population in China, the smoking status of employed floating population in the province was analyzed. Results Among the 1 497 people surveyed, the total smoking rate was 33.6%, the current smoking rate was 30.5%, and the daily smoking rate was 27.4%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of smoking behavior among employed floating population were gender , Degree of education and industry classification. Conclusion The tobacco use situation of employment floating population in this province is not optimistic. According to the characteristics of migrant population and industry classification, intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the propaganda and education of tobacco hazard knowledge and raise the health awareness of floating population. Relevant tobacco control regulations promulgated to promote the establishment of a smoke-free working environment.
