目的:探讨分析对糖尿病合并高血压患者采取硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的糖尿病合并高血压患者122例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率90.16%,对照组总有效率75.41%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病合并高血压患者采取硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗效果显著,安全性高。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine and irbesartan in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods: A total of 122 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with nifedipine plus irbesartan, while the control group was treated by conventional therapy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 90.16% in the observation group and 75.41% in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension has significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
