为了研究肾结石ESWL治疗时高能冲击波(HESW)对肾功能的影响,作者应用放射性物质作肾闪烁扫描及治疗前后多种尿酶测定的方法进行对比。Dornier HM3型碎石机、工作电压18KV,肾结石均<3cm,以排除术后石街的影响,肾闪烁扫描检查21例病人、男19例、女2例、年龄平均49岁,静脉注射99mTc-DTPA、注射前及注射后每秒钟作扫描共1分钟、以后每20秒扫描共30分钟、尿酶测定30例、男21例,女9例,平均年龄41.8岁,ESWL前及术后4~5小时,以及术后第1,2,3,4天留晨尿作检查,均作LDH,GOT,GPT,NAG,r-GTP,Cr,α_1-MG,B_2-MG测定。结果发现达到放射性最大活性时间在患肾及对侧肾均明显延长,说明Eswl后患肾及对侧肾的肾血流量减少,
To investigate the effect of high energy shock wave (HESW) on renal function in ESWL-treated nephrolithiasis, we compared the use of radioactive material for renal scintigraphy and various urinary enzymes before and after treatment. Dornier HM3 lithotripter, operating voltage 18KV, kidney stones were <3cm, to rule out the impact of Stone Street, renal scintigraphy examination of 21 patients, 19 males and 2 females, mean age 49 years old, intravenous injection of 99mTc -DTPA, before and after injection, scan every second for a total of 1 minute, then scan every 20 seconds for a total of 30 minutes, urease assay in 30 cases, 21 males and 9 females, mean age 41.8 years, before and after ESWL and postoperative 4 to 5 hours, and 1, 2, 3 and 4 days after operation. All the patients were examined for morning urine. LDH, GOT, GPT, NAG, r-GTP, Cr, α_1-MG and B_2-MG were measured. The results showed that the time to reach the maximum radioactivity in the affected kidneys and contralateral kidney were significantly prolonged, indicating that Eswl suffering from renal and contralateral renal renal blood flow decreased,
