在《中华人民共和国体育法》颁布一周年之际,笔者采访了广州市体育科学研究所所长赵国雄。这位老行家深有感触地说:“在商品经济大潮中,体坛同样存在着冒牌货。《体育法》是我们坚决依法打假,保证公正竞赛的强大武器。”假风困扰体坛赵所长首先向笔者披露了近年来体育竞赛中弄虚作假甚至违法乱纪的种种行为。他说,除了报刊已经揭露过的正在接受专业训练的优秀运动队运动员以“假工人”、“假农民”、“假大学生”身份参加全国性运动会之外,在青少年体育竞赛中也存在弄虚作假的违反竞赛规程的现象。例如:
