文章提出一个精英代际家庭资本不平等传递的理论分析框架,借以评析中国改革开放前后各时期管理精英代际流动路径,以及家庭资本在这一过程中的传递机制,并运用2012年上海大学“社会发展与社会建设”六省市大型调查数据对其进行验证。研究发现:在改革前被切断的代际资本传递,进入新世纪时期实现完全转换;管理精英选拔始终重视政治忠诚和个人能力,只不过当前的“红”与“专”从优势条件演变为必要条件;在改革开放前后各时期内,家庭非制度文化资本存量较高的人始终保持获得管理精英地位的优势。
This paper presents a theoretical analysis framework for the transmission of inequality of elites’ inter-generational family capital so as to evaluate the transmission mechanism of intergenerational management elites and the transfer of family capital in this process before and after China’s reform and opening up. By using the 2012 Shanghai University “Social development and social construction,” a large survey of six provinces and cities to verify its data. The study found that: before the reform was cut off the intergenerational transfer of capital, into the new century to achieve a complete conversion; management elite selection has always attached importance to political loyalty and personal ability, but the current “red” and “special” from the advantages Conditions evolve as a necessary condition; during the periods before and after the reform and opening up, those with high non-institutional cultural capital stock maintained the superiority of management elite.
